Payment Failure / Transaction Issues
If a payment fails or the amount is deducted due to a technical issue on our platform or payment gateway (such as Razorpay), the deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days, as per Razorpay processing terms.
Successful Payments
Once a payment has been successfully completed and the service or product has been delivered, the payment will not be refundable.
E-Book Purchases
All E-Book purchases are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed and access to the digital product has been provided.
Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
